If you work around excavators or mixer trucks long enough, you learn fast: a leaky pump seal ruins days. This TCV-profile unit from Development Zone, Julu County, Xingtai City (Hebei Province) has been popping up in my inbox lately—usually after someone saw it keep a travel motor dry through a brutal summer shift. To be honest, I was skeptical. Then I watched it run.
Hydraulics aren’t getting gentler. Higher system pressures, thinner oils, tighter housings—plus dust, mud, and shock loads from earthmoving. The TCV geometry—think main lip with spring + dust lip—has become a default for rotary pump and vertical shaft sealing in excavators, road rollers, loaders, and the rest. Many customers say they want three things: predictable pressure handling, credible test data, and parts they can actually get this month. Fair.
| Model | TCV lip seal (double lip, garter spring) |
| Size | 30 × 50 × 7 mm (ID × OD × Width) |
| Materials | NBR, HNBR, FKM; spring: 65Mn or SS304/316 |
| Temp Range | NBR: −40~120°C; HNBR: −30~150°C; FKM: −20~200°C (≈, real-world use may vary) |
| Pressure Capability | Up to ≈0.5 MPa continuous; brief spikes ≈0.6 MPa depending on speed & oil |
| Shaft Speed | ≤10 m/s (oil-lubricated, Ra 0.2–0.8 μm recommended) |
Materials: NBR/HNBR/FKM compounds with carbon black, anti-wear fillers; steel case stamping; garter spring coiling. Methods: chemical pretreat, vulcanization bonding, precision trimming, cryogenic deflashing, 100% visual/air leak screening. Testing per ISO 6194/DIN 3760: lip preload check, run-out simulation, pressure bench 0.6 MPa/8h, thermal soak 150°C (HNBR) and 200°C (FKM), salt-spray on metal case for 72–96h. Service life? In mixed duty I’ve seen ≈2,000–4,000 hours on travel pumps; better alignment and cleaner oil push it higher.
Hydraulic pump/motor shafts, travel pumps, rotary pumps, vertical shafts—especially on earthmoving machines: excavators, road rollers, scrapers, loaders, tippers, mixer trucks. The dust lip helps in grit, the spring-loaded main lip maintains contact at pressure. Surprisingly robust on medium runout shafts if the finish is kept honest.
30×50×7 TCV High Pressure Oil Seal for Hydraulic Oil Seals has a nice sweet spot in compact housings, and—little aside—installers love the consistent chamfer engagement. I guess that’s down to decent vulcanization control.
| Vendor | Lead Time | Certs | Customization | Price Level |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HKAI (Hebei) | ≈7–15 days | ISO 9001, material reports | High (compounds, springs, branding) | Value |
| Generic Import A | 15–30 days | Basic COA | Low–Medium | Low |
| Brand B (EU) | Stock/express | ISO 9001/14001, PPAP | Medium | Premium |
This isn’t magic—just solid TCV engineering backed by decent process control. Pair it with proper shaft finish, alignment, and clean oil, and it behaves like a far pricier part. If uptime matters (and when doesn’t it?), this is a smart line item to lock in.
